Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to adult patients with cardiac, vascular, and respiratory conditions
- Titrate critical drips including Heparin, Nitro, Dopamine, Cardizem, Amiodarone, and insulin
- Monitor and interpret telemetry strips to ensure patient safety
- Manage arterial lines and respond quickly when called in from on-call status
- Collaborate with a supportive team while floating to MedSurg or ICU as needed
- Focus on patient experience by improving communication about medications and responsiveness
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Competency in arterial line management
- Ability to read and interpret telemetry independently
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn and accept feedback
Knowledge & Skills
- Cardiac medication and surgical patient care
- Drip titration and telemetry interpretation
- Dialysis, sepsis, stroke, and post-stent patient management
- Cultural sensitivity serving diverse patient populations
- Team collaboration and adaptability
