Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized outpatient physical therapy to help patients regain strength and mobility
- Treat a variety of orthopedic and general cases in a welcoming small-town setting
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to create comprehensive care plans
- Provide occasional acute inpatient support when needed to expand your impact
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs for lasting results
Qualifications
- Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (can be obtained after submission)
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required
- BLS certification
- Acute inpatient experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Comfortable treating 12 patients per 10-hour day
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
- Ability to adapt care across outpatient and occasional acute settings
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Business casual professional style (no denim)
