Shift Type: Negotiable Start Times: 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM, or 9:00 AM / 8 Hour Days / 40 Hour Guarantee, No Weekends, No Call

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with functional deficits from illness, injury, or birth defects across all age groups
- Develop and implement individualized treatment programs based on thorough assessments and physician orders
- Document all patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records
- Supervise PTAs, students, and support staff while ensuring quality treatment delivery
- Educate patients, families, and the community on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive care
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Serve as a clinical instructor and mentor for PT and PTA students when opportunities arise
Qualifications
- Active Michigan PT License required
- 1+ years of Physical Therapy experience required
- Acute Care experience required
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification required
- Skills Checklist current within the last year
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient assessment and individualized treatment planning
- Documentation and medical record management
- Supervision of PTAs and support staff
- Patient and family education techniques
- Clinical instruction and mentoring abilities
- Age-specific care across the lifespan from birth through geriatrics
