Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and intervene as needed
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Educate patients and families on health management

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in California
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in nursing assessment and critical thinking
• Skilled in medication administration and documentation
• Knowledge of patient care standards and safety protocols
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
