Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients
- Monitor vital signs, assess patient condition, and adjust treatments as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and interventions with precision and compassion
- Educate and support families during challenging times
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
- Minimum 1 year of recent PICU experience
- Current BLS and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in pediatric advanced life support
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
