Shift Type: Flexible shifts as needed; 12.5-hour shifts

Candidate Pay Rate: $52 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to neonatal patients and their families
- Monitor vital signs and adjust treatments as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans
- Educate families on newborn care and health management
- Administer medications and perform procedures per protocol
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Virginia (or compact state)
- Current BLS and NRP certifications
- Minimum 1 year of NICU experience preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in neonatal resuscitation and monitoring
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of evidence-based neonatal care practices
