Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients
Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions throughout your shift
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create care plans
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery

Qualifications

Hold a current and active RN license in North Carolina (or compact state)
Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg experience preferred
BLS certification required (AHA)
ACLS preferred but not required
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in medical-surgical nursing standards and protocols
Comfortable with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
