Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:15 AM NOC (36 Hour Guarantee)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess patient needs and craft personalized care plans that make a real difference
Implement and document nursing care with precision and compassion
Evaluate patient progress and adjust plans to ensure optimal outcomes
Direct and delegate care to team members, fostering a collaborative unit environment
Deliver expert care to diverse Med/Surg patients including oncology, observation, hospice, medical, and surgical cases

Qualifications

Active Michigan RN license in good standing
BLS certification from American Heart Association
2+ years of Med Surg experience
Med/Surg Observation experience
Recent travel nursing experience highly preferred

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong nursing process skills from assessment to evaluation
Proficiency in Med Surg patient care across various specialties
Effective delegation and team leadership abilities
Excellent documentation and communication skills
