Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver top-notch diagnostic imaging using X-ray, Fluoroscopy, C-arm, and OR procedures to ensure accurate results and patient safety
Follow imaging protocols or collaborate with Radiologists for optimal exams
Practice radiation safety with ALARA standards while operating equipment like a pro
Verify patient identities, educate on procedures, and maintain spot-on EHR records
Troubleshoot equipment issues independently and assist across modalities or clerical duties
Stock supplies, train staff, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
ARRT registration in Radiology (R)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain within 90 days
At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US
Pass background check, drug screen, and complete Employee Health meeting

Education

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program

Knowledge & Skills

Advanced radiographic procedures including X-ray, Fluoroscopy, C-arm, and OR work
Radiation safety and ALARA principles
Equipment operation and troubleshooting per manufacturer guidelines
Patient verification, education, and history review
EHR documentation, PACS, and RIS/HIS systems
Preferred cross-training in CT, MRI, DEXA, Mammography
