Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver urgent critical care to patients in high-stakes emergency situations
Rapidly assess and stabilize incoming trauma cases with precision and calm
Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to save lives every shift
Monitor patient conditions closely and advocate fiercely for their needs
Educate patients and families during intense moments to empower their recovery

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of recent ER experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Ready to hit the ground running in a busy trauma center

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency triage and rapid response
Proficiency with life-saving equipment and protocols
Strong clinical judgment under pressure
Excellent communication in chaotic environments
Compassionate patient-centered care
