Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional resident care using the full nursing process: assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate
Administer treatments and medications with precision and care
Interpret diagnostic tests to guide effective care plans
Collaborate seamlessly with healthcare teams for optimal outcomes
Educate residents and families to empower their health journey
Document care meticulously to support continuous improvement

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
Current California RN license
Current CPR certification

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Mastery of the nursing process
Skilled in assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation
Expert at administering treatments and medications
Proficient in interpreting diagnostic tests
Strong collaborator with healthcare providers
Passionate about resident and family education
