Roles & Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily activities like bathing and dressing to enhance their comfort and independence
Take vital signs and collect key information from caregivers to support effective treatment plans
Answer resident calls promptly and observe for changes in skin integrity
Turn, reposition, and transfer residents safely to bed, chair, or wheelchair
Maintain cleanliness in resident care areas by changing sheets and restocking supplies

Qualifications

Current California License as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Current CPR Certification

Education

Current California License as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Current CPR Certification

Knowledge & Skills

Ability to work under pressure
Demonstrated ability to communicate in English for understanding and carrying out resident care plans and ADLs
Relate effectively to residents, families, and long-term care staff

Benefits

Sign on Bonus: $1,500.00
30 pay increments on pay scales to compensate staff for 30 years of relevant experience
