Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate labor and delivery care, supporting mothers through cervical ripening, inductions, and high-risk cases
• Deliver expert postpartum mother-baby care, ensuring couplets thrive with ideal 1:3 ratios
• Monitor and care for special care nursery infants using cutting-edge Giraffe warmers and GE fetal monitors
• Assist in C-sections, tubal ligations, and cerclage removals with precision and calm
• Handle infant/NSY care for medium-risk babies, preparing for the upcoming Level II NICU
• Support fetal demise patients with empathy and professionalism

Qualifications

• Active RN license with at least 1 year of recent Labor or Postpartum experience - must-have for this role
• NRP, ACLS, and BLS certifications required; STABLE is a bonus
• LDRP experience preferred, including mother/baby, OR circulator, well-baby nursery, or NICU

• Proficient with Alaris Pumps, Giraffe Warmers, GE Fetal Monitors, and Monica wireless monitoring
• Experienced in EMR systems like GE Centricity/CPN and Meditech
• Skilled in high-risk maternal care, MgSO4, Insulin drips, and Level II interventions
• Positive, proactive attitude that jumps right in and builds team culture
