Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend, rotating schedule with possible on-call for scheduled shift only

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to high-acuity patients in a 24-bed ICU
Manage advanced equipment like vents, Swans, Impellas and balloon pumps
Perform life-saving procedures including intubations, central lines and ICP monitoring
Collaborate with a dedicated team of 50 staff to maintain 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratios
Provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced Level 1/2 trauma environment

Qualifications

Active RN license
Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required
BLS and ACLS certifications
Comfortable with high-acuity critically ill patients
Excellent customer service skills for patients and families

Education

RN licensure from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with ventilators, Swan-Ganz catheters, Impellas and balloon pumps
Experienced in intubations, central lines, bronchoscopy, EVDs and pacers
Level 1 or 2 trauma experience preferred
CV surgery experience a plus
Strong critical thinking in dynamic ICU settings
