Shift Type: Rotating shifts including weekends, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to fragile newborns in a Level 3 NICU
Monitor vital signs using state-of-the-art GE monitors and Giraffe isolettes
Administer medications via Medfusion pumps and Alaris systems
Collaborate with a dedicated team of 200 staff members
Maintain 3-4 patient ratios to deliver personalized attention
Document accurately in CPN and Meditech EMR systems
Support families during critical moments making real differences

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 2 years Level 3 NICU experience required
BLS and NRP certifications
Not a first-time traveler preferred
Compassionate friendly and outgoing personality

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Current RN licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in Level 3 NICU patient care
Proficiency with medfusion pumps Alaris Giraffe isolettes and GE monitors
Strong EMR skills in CPN and Meditech
Excellent teamwork in high-stakes environments
Family-centered communication skills
