Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, including weekends (2 per pay period)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms with precision to keep patients stable
Provide compassionate care to post-cardiac cath lab patients, stroke cases, and more
Collaborate with a dynamic team in a 24-bed PCU unit using GE remote telemetry
Deliver bedside shift reports and maintain clear patient communication
Contribute to huddles and unit guidelines for seamless team operations

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 1 year of experience
ACLS certification required
Competency in interpreting rhythms is a must
Telemetry experience in PCU setting
Team player attitude with adaptability to fast-paced changes

Education

RN degree from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in cardiac monitoring and telemetry
Proficiency with Meditech EMR system
Strong rhythm interpretation skills
Hands-on experience with critical care preferred
Leadership abilities for charge nurse roles a plus
