Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor critically ill patients in the CCU with 1:2 ratios for quality care
Manage advanced equipment like balloon pumps, CRRT and hypothermia protocols
Administer medication drips and perform central lines with precision
Collaborate with a dedicated team of 13 RNs, charge nurse and tech per shift
Handle heart caths, cardioversion and other life-saving procedures
Deliver compassionate care in a fast-paced 26-bed ICU environment

Qualifications

Active RN license
Minimum 1 year current acute care hospital ICU experience
BLS, ACLS and NIHSS certifications required
Ready to thrive in a high-acuity coronary care unit

Education

RN licensure from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with Meditech EMR
Experience with balloon pumps, CRRT and hypothermia
Comfortable with central lines, medication drips and cardioversion
Driven, organized and efficient personality
Positive attitude and team player vibe
