Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Educate patients and families on treatments and recovery
Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and escalate as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols

Qualifications

Current California RN license
Minimum 1 year of ICU experience strongly preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in critical care nursing and patient assessment
Proficiency with ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Empathy and patient advocacy in high-stress situations
