Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8-hour night shifts

Roles & Responsibilities

Operate GE HDxt 16.0 and 23.0 MRI scanners to produce high-quality diagnostic images
Collaborate with MRI technologists and aides to ensure efficient patient flow
Provide excellent patient care, positioning patients and explaining procedures
Manage approximately 9 patients per shift, maintaining safety and comfort
Participate in on-call rotation as needed for after-hours coverage
Adhere to all facility protocols and maintain accurate patient records

Qualifications

At least 2 years of current MRI experience
Hands-on experience with GE equipment
Active American Heart Association BLS certification
Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed
Must have reliable transportation and provide proof of permanent address
Ability to take on-call shifts when required

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in MRI safety protocols and contrast administration
Familiarity with Meditech Expanse electronic medical records
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced radiology department
