Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Shift 1)

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to elderly residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and dignity
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Support residents with meals and hydration needs
Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment
Build meaningful relationships and brighten each resident's day

Qualifications

Current Maryland GNA (Geriatric Nursing Assistant) certification required
Must bring a state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times
COVID-19 vaccination or documented exemption required
CPR certification preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Empathy and patience when caring for elderly residents
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and vital signs
