Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem, 12-hour NOC shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, as needed

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to patients in need
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients
Support patients' emotional well-being with kindness and respect
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver top-notch care

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in California
BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
Previous experience as a CNA is a plus, but new grads welcome
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Knowledge & Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Strong attention to detail
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
