Shift Type: Per diem shifts available, including days (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) as needed

Candidate Pay Rate: $16 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to geriatric patients in a rehab setting
Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
Support patients with mobility and transfers using proper techniques
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications

Active Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification in Maryland
Current CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of geriatric patient care principles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients safely
Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
