Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to elderly patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians
• Educate patients and families on health management

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New York
• Current BLS certification
• Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing
• Minimum 1 year of geriatric nursing experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of geriatric care standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
