Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform rapid assessments and triage patients in a fast-paced Emergency Department
• Stabilize and intervene in critical situations, providing life-saving care
• Monitor vital signs and interpret ECGs to guide treatment decisions
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of RNs, paramedics, and EMTs
• Document patient care accurately in the Meditech EHR system

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year current acute care ED RN experience
• Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
• BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications required
• Trauma Level I/II experience preferred
• Prior Meditech experience a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in emergency nursing and patient assessment
• Skilled in vital signs monitoring and ECG interpretation
• Confident in rapid stabilization and emergency interventions
• Comfortable working with IV pumps, EKG machines, and ultrasound
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities in high-pressure situations
