Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide life-sustaining dialysis treatments to acutely ill patients
• Monitor patients closely during treatment and respond to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes
• Operate and maintain dialysis equipment safely and accurately
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses thoroughly

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Previous dialysis experience highly preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
