Shift Type: 3x12-hour day shifts, rotating days

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care to patients across the age spectrum with various acuities
Evaluate the nursing process and document findings in the EMR
Direct patient care activities and collaborate with ancillary staff
Communicate effectively with providers and coworkers regarding patient conditions
Ensure compliance with all facility and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Active Montana RN license (must be currently active)
BLS/BCLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
Experience in a critical access hospital setting preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, rural healthcare environment

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in nursing process and patient assessment
Skilled in EMR documentation
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to adapt to varying patient acuities
Knowledge of critical access hospital operations
