Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic radiographs while keeping patient safety and comfort top of mind
• Position patients correctly to capture optimal images for accurate diagnosis
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, troubleshooting as needed
• Collaborate with radiologists and the care team to deliver timely, accurate results
• Document procedures accurately and maintain patient confidentiality
• Keep the imaging suite clean, organized, and ready for the next patient

Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification in Radiography
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Pennsylvania state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (or ability to obtain)
• Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting is a plus
• A compassionate, patient-first mindset

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in X-ray and fluoroscopy techniques
• Understanding of radiation safety and ALARA principles
• Comfort with EHR systems and imaging software
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment
