Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on physical therapy to long-term care patients, helping them regain strength and independence
Collaborate with the SNF team to create personalized treatment plans that truly impact lives
Adapt therapies to meet individual patient needs in a compassionate, skilled nursing environment
Monitor progress and celebrate every milestone with your patients

Qualifications

Certified Physical Therapy Assistant license in good standing
Experience in SNF or long-term care settings is a plus
Full-time availability starting as soon as possible
Passionate about helping patients achieve their best quality of life

Education

Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program
Current PTA certification and state licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in physical therapy techniques
Excellent patient communication and empathy
Ability to work flexibly in a team-oriented SNF setting
Knowledge of long-term care patient needs
