Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients regain strength and mobility through personalized therapy plans
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver outstanding outcomes
Assess, evaluate, and document patient progress with compassion and precision
Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery techniques
Make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents at Sullivan County Nursing

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire
Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and individualized care planning
Therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
Documentation and progress reporting
Interdisciplinary collaboration
