Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs
Develop personalized care plans following regulatory and clinical practice standards
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, modalities, and wound care treatments
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments to maximize outcomes
Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers
Collaborate with supervisors and health team members on treatment plans
Document all services accurately in electronic systems per regulatory requirements
Supervise physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students

Qualifications

1 year of Physical Therapist experience required
New graduates welcome with Level II clinical experience
Long-term care or rehabilitation experience required
Active Oklahoma state Physical Therapist license required

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in standardized assessments and evidence-based practice
Proficient with therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities
Strong wound care and rehabilitation expertise
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Comfortable supervising support staff and students
