Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on therapy sessions that help patients regain strength and mobility
Collaborate with therapists to create personalized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and celebrate every milestone
Educate patients and families on exercises for lasting recovery
Contribute to a caring team environment that makes real differences in lives

Qualifications

Active PTA license in good standing
Certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant
Experience in rehab or skilled nursing settings preferred
Compassionate approach with strong patient focus

Education

Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program from an accredited institution

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in therapeutic exercises and modalities
Solid understanding of anatomy and patient assessment
Excellent communication for building patient trust
Team player mindset with attention to detail
