Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate pediatric nursing care to young patients
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create impactful treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust care with precision and empathy
Educate families and provide emotional support during critical times
Contribute to a healing environment at Shriners Children's Hospital

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
Pediatric nursing experience preferred
BLS certification (PALS a plus)
Compassionate demeanor and strong clinical skills
Commitment to excellence in children's healthcare

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in pediatric patient care
Proficiency in monitoring vital signs and administering treatments
Strong communication with kids, families, and healthcare teams
Adaptability in a fast-paced children's hospital setting
Knowledge of child development and family-centered care
