Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and families with professionalism and compassion
• Manage patient registration and intake processes accurately
• Coordinate patient appointments and ensure smooth front-desk operations
• Serve as a friendly liaison between patients and clinical staff
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and attention to detail
• Support the daily operations of the facility to enhance the patient experience

Qualifications

• Previous experience in patient registration, customer service, or healthcare administration is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
• Comfort with computer systems and electronic health records
• Willingness to participate in orientation and training as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Empathy and patience when interacting with patients and families
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
