Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients and families with a warm welcome
• Verify insurance and collect co-pays accurately
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
• Answer phones and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
• Maintain patient confidentiality and a clean work area
• Assist with administrative tasks to support clinical staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
• Familiarity with insurance verification processes
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Empathy and patience when dealing with patients and families
