Outpatient Physical Therapist
Location: Annapolis, Maryland

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (5x8, 40 hours)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for patients
- Develop and implement treatment plans for physical therapy
- Provide high-quality patient care and education
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in physical therapy
- Current physical therapy license
- BLS/BCLS certification required
- Experience with case management and screening/building caseload
Education
- Physical Therapy degree required
