Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional optometry care to patients in a vital state prison facility
Conduct comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments with precision and compassion
Prescribe treatments and glasses to improve lives and well-being
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure top-notch patient outcomes
Train efficiently during onboarding to hit the ground running

Qualifications

Valid Optometry license in California
Experience in optometry, ideally in correctional or high-volume settings
Ability to commit to one day per week with flexibility for training
Strong clinical skills and patient-focused approach
