Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as an LPN, promoting dignity and comfort
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to policy
Perform thorough patient assessments and report changes promptly to the team
Collaborate with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary staff to deliver coordinated care
Document patient care and observations clearly and timely in the medical record
Support patient education and family communication to improve outcomes
Participate in orientation and training to maintain high standards of care

Qualifications

Valid LPN license in New Hampshire (NH) required
Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Ability to pass background check and drug screening as required
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, patient-first mindset

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical/Vocational Nursing program (LPN)

Knowledge & Skills

Solid knowledge of basic nursing principles and medication administration
Proficiency with patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
Familiarity with electronic health record documentation
Good time management and ability to prioritize in a busy clinical setting
Teamwork, empathy, and strong patient advocacy skills
