Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with nurses and aides to ensure top-notch patient outcomes
• Document care thoroughly and maintain patient confidentiality

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in New Mexico (or compact state)
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience in long-term care
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
• COVID-19 vaccine or approved exemption required

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
