Start Date: 05-18-2026

End Date: 08-15-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to residents, making a real difference in their daily lives
Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
Monitor patient conditions closely and collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal outcomes
Assist with daily living activities to promote comfort and independence
Document care accurately to ensure continuity and quality improvement

Qualifications

Active LPN license in good standing - your ticket to this exciting opportunity
Current BLS certification to keep things safe and smooth
Travel nursing experience preferred but welcoming passionate new adventurers too

Education

Completion of accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in electronic health records and medication administration
Adaptable mindset for dynamic long-term care environments
