Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Assess patients' conditions and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans
• Document patient care thoroughly and maintain accurate medical records
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical support when needed

Qualifications

• Current and active LPN or RN license in the state of Maine
• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Medication administration and IV therapy (for RNs)
• Electronic health record (EHR) documentation
• Critical thinking and problem-solving
• Compassionate bedside manner
• Team collaboration and communication
