Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support to residents in a skilled nursing facility
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with facility policies

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in New Mexico required
• At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
