Shift Type: Per diem shift on 08/15/2026, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM (30-minute meal break)
Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered nursing care in a skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications, treatments, and document care accurately
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team
- Collaborate with nurses, aides, and providers to ensure quality outcomes
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Provide support and education to residents and their families
- Follow care plans and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of Maine
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- COVID-19 vaccination or documented medical/religious exemption
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatrics preferred
- Must bring a government-issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times
- Pass background check and facility onboarding requirements
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and dosage calculation
- Resident assessment and care planning
- Electronic health records (EHR) charting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to respond calmly in emergencies
- Teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
