Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care to long-term care residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor vital signs and document patient conditions
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare team to ensure quality care
• Support residents with daily activities and emotional wellbeing

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in New York State
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical assessment and medication administration
• Patient-centered care and empathy
• Documentation and electronic health records
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
