Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care following care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions
• Collaborate with healthcare team for optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care and recovery

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in New Mexico or compact state
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in long-term care or rehab
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and clinical skills
• Proficient in medication administration and IV therapy
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR)
