Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients in a skilled nursing facility
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Mexico
• Current BLS certification
• At least 1 year of recent LPN experience in a long-term care or similar setting
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
