Shift Type: Tuesday-Saturday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Hours per Week: 32

Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care and support to residents
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Help create a warm, home-like environment for every resident
Support residents with meals and ensure proper nutrition and hydration

Qualifications

Active Vermont LNA license or compact license eligibility
Current BLS certification
Minimum six months of long-term care experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a care team

Knowledge & Skills

Resident care and safety protocols
Infection control practices
Vital signs monitoring
Patient transfer and mobility assistance
Electronic health record documentation
