Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM, night shift (12-hour shifts)

Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Educate patients and their families on health management and follow-up care
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in your specialty
- Active professional license in the state of assignment (or compact license where applicable)
- Current BLS and/or ACLS certification as required by the facility
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic healthcare setting
