Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Educate patients and their families on health management and follow-up care

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in your specialty
• Active professional license in the state of assignment (or compact license where applicable)
• Current BLS and/or ACLS certification as required by the facility
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic healthcare setting
