Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide hemodialysis treatments to patients with end-stage renal disease
• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust dialysis parameters as needed
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and sanitized before and after each treatment
• Educate patients on home dialysis options and self-care techniques

Qualifications

• CCHT or Bonnett certification required
• Current BLS certification
• NRP certification
• TNCC certification
• Active state license or compact license eligibility

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of dialysis procedures and equipment
• Strong patient assessment and monitoring skills
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
