Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care that brightens days
Assist with daily living activities to promote independence
Monitor and report patient conditions with keen attention
Collaborate with the care team to deliver exceptional outcomes
Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for residents

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania
Current BLS/CPR certification
Commitment to high-quality patient-centered care
Reliable and enthusiastic team player
Clear background check and health screenings

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care fundamentals
Excellent communication and empathy skills
Attention to detail in daily assessments
Basic medical terminology knowledge
Time management for efficient shift work
