Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
• Support patients with mobility and repositioning, ensuring their comfort and safety
• Maintain a clean and organized environment adhering to infection control standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric settings is a plus
• Must bring a state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and safety protocols
• Detail-oriented with excellent observational skills
